Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being.  Aromatherapy can be beneficial to women's health in three ways:  Firstly, by assisting in regulating the menstrual cycle and promoting a healthy reproductive system; secondly, aromatherapy helps you relax, thus reducing levels of stress; and thirdly, especially when combined with massage, it can function as an aphrodisiac for you and your partner, promoting a healthy sex life.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on the feet or hands enabling the body to heal itself. Often we are in a state of "imbalance", and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium and encourage healing.  It has been gaining a growing reputation in helping women with infertility.  It is also a very gentle and natural support to pregnant women and in helping them cope with the demands of new motherhood.
